We are seeking a candidate with experience in U.S. Military Radio Frequency (RF) Line-of-Sight Communication Systems, beyond Line-of-Sight Communication Systems and associated interfaces and computer control equipment that support Tactical Data Link Systems. The Communication Systems Specialist should be able to assess and analyze the Radio Frequency communications and Multi-TDL architecture performance to support the potential corrective actions or resolutions required and to provide information regarding new equipment acquisition. They will be responsible for providing hardware and software system engineering, Installation and Check-out (INCO), operation, and troubleshooting support for Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Low Volume Terminal (LVT) and associated mini-rack equipment.

Minimum Education Requirements: Formal electronics training from a Technical School, or Class A or C military school in electronics or communications.
Pay Range: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually, DOE

Security Clearance:
Candidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
