We are seeking a System Analyst to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) in the Command and Control Processor (C2P) project in the area of Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Track the status of FMS software deliveries in-queue and communicating priority constraints within the C2P SSA with appropriate FMS stakeholders.
Manage the FMS Media Requests by ensuring FMS Media Requests are communicated thoroughly with requesting activities for proper implementation prior to build and delivery.
Plan and participate in technical exchanges between C2P SSA and FMS stakeholders, bringing Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience from within C2P SSA to discussions to identify proper Course of Action (COA) to address unique FMS requirements.
Present and participate in status meetings with PMW 150 and PMW 740 as directed by C2P PM and PMW 150 FMS Liaison.
Respond to Technical Support requests pertaining to C2P and TACC2 support products.
Identify areas of improvement working with C2P SSA process area leads for FMS related processes (i.e. migrating from MRF to direct input to STS etc.)
Work with C2P SSA installation schedule team to confirm resources and assist FMS stakeholders with identifying support requirements.

Operates standard computer based business tools (including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel) effectively with a high degree of competency.
Independently generates documentation that presents information in a logical manner.

Skills/Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of C2P functionality, C2P interfaces with other systems, and the role of C2P in fleet operations.
Knowledge of NIWC PAC processes and procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite Products, and PC hardware architecture.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, with managers, supervisor, peers, and customers.
Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and to take initiative.
Ability to quickly grasp and implement technical concepts.

Minimum Education Requirements:
Pay Range: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually, DOE.
U.S. Citizenship is required
Security Clearance:
Candidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
