We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to work on Sites Planning, Activation and Engineering in support of providing Technical Authority for the Land based Test and Training Sites (LBTTS). As such, expertise with weapon and combat systems-level engineering, site infrastructure, distributed architecture, automated tools/tests, virtualization, computing hardware and infrastructure and cloud services are required to integrate these shipboard systems into LBTTS.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
provide requirements identification, verification, and validation in support of site stakeholders while developing and implementing multi-year multi-site modernization plans, future combat system implementation plans, holistic acquisition plans, unique engineering solutions, capability sun downing and full spectrum cradle-to-grave support as an independent programmatic
organization across multiple program sponsors.

five (5) years of recent Surface Combatant Weapons System experience. The Senior Systems Engineer II shall have five (5) years or recent Aegis Weapons System experience

Intefface with both government and Prime customer on a routine basis

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or 7 Years of recent Surface Combatant Experience
U.S. Citizenship is required YES
Security Clearance: Secret
Candidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
