We are in search of an Electrical Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance. This individual will be providing engineering and technical support to include electrical engineering of Intelligence Systems Support (ISS) projects. Developing electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.



Providing support of integrated circuit and printed circuit board design in requirements documents, micro-controller programming and integration, generation of circuit schematics as requirements documents, and thermal and electro-magnetic interference analysis.

Assembling prototype circuits for design verification, circuit integration and assembly of deliverable systems.

Providing design validation and user evaluation.

Reads design specifications and technical drawings, and researches suitable solutions and estimates costs and timescales.

Designing test methods and conducts tests; records, analyzes and interprets test data. When required, proposes modifications and retesting of products.

Qualifies the final product or system and provides servicing and maintaining of systems and associated equipment.

Preparing product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.





Six (6) years of related experience in design, implementation and verification of technical systems.

Demonstrated ability to provide identification of and solutions for problems with existing systems and design, and implementation of new systems.


Written Communications:

Operating standard computer based business tools (including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel) effectively. 

Solid writing skills and the ability to develop technical plans, processes and reports.


Verbal Communications:

Demonstrates excellent clear and concise verbal communication skills.


Customer Interface Activities:

Directly interfaces with the ISS government customer concerning electrical engineering and related responsibilities. You will be interfacing and coordinating with various government organizations in executing duties as the ISS Electrical Engineer. 


Work Schedule: 

The ability to work non-standard work hours and schedules in support of program requirements.


Minimum Education Requirements:
BS/ EE, ME, IE, Physics


Required Certifications:

A plus


U.S. Citizenship is required


Security Clearance:   TS/SCI Security Clearance required


Candidates must have an active clearance OR  the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
